Get the solar mod for the seamoth or the thermal reactor for the prawn (not the cyclops one) and slap batteries in those go out to charge it, come back and stick it in the cyclops. There have been many different "unique" ways to repower the cyclops. The easiest of course would be to get the thermal upgrade and park it at a vent.
